Sites that reject loads for being over weight?

What sites (grain elevators, ethanol plants, feed lots etc) are notorious for rejecting truck loads for being overweight?
Name and state if possible.

GPC Washington, Indiana - 1st load is a warning. They have a magic number that is above 'legal' though, pretty easy to stay below that weight with some common sensne.

The only time I've seen an inbound reject because of weight was when a guy weighed more than what the scale was rated for which I think was 120k
