The 2025 Bulk Freight Conference tickets are live and can be purchased, here!
When: April 16-18, 2025 Where: Branson, MO - Branson Convention Center
For those that don't know, each year BulkLoads hosts The Bulk Freight Conference. This event was created to do one thing, bring the bulk freight trucking industry together under one roof to network, learn, and engage in discussions to make the industry better. Attendees consist of owner-ops, carriers, brokers, and shippers. This will not only be a great time but a time to learn and grow your business and make new connections.
We're expecting 800-1,000 attendees for our 2025 conference. You can view more information on the conference website, here.
We're excited to feature exhibitors, breakout sessions, panels with Q&A, speakers, live entertainment, and even semi-trucks and equipment in the convention center.
Hotels We've partnered Hilton to offer convenient hotel accommodations for attendees, one connected to the convention center and one right down the road. We're excited to provide all attendees 50% off their hotel room rates if booked through our conference website.
