Drivers or O/O

Looking for some reliable drivers. Year around work I own an elevator all grain easy work. Drivers must be within 30 miles of morrison,tn. Drivers must have reliable vehicle must be able to pass drug screen. Pay is 25% of gross of truck off 2 weeks a year and every weekend unless you want to work. 2 paid bonuses a year july 4th and week of christmas. All peterbilt trucks 379 and 389 wilson hoppers.
