were the oil pickup tubes ever replaced there was a warranty recall after 500000miles the plastic tubes get briddle brake off and engine runs out of oil

No, this unit never had any issues with that. It has always held oil pressure at an idle. We only replace the suction tube when oil pressure drops at idle. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks,
